Please help (emergency commissions)(If you can't help in any monetary way please share this journal)
I really hate to be that person who begs for money but my mom really needs help. She just got a new job and her boss treats her really poorly and it's really tough on her. Today on her way to work she got a flat tire and her battery on her car became shot. So she came back home and drove her truck to work. But then she had to come back again because the driver side window broke!
My mom is having a bout of really crappy luck and she's always been there to help me out and I want to be there for her right now.
She just got this job like a week or two ago and before that she was unemployed for months because she was recovering from surgery.
To fix the battery it'll probably be like 120 dollars and the tire will probably be another 120 dollars and the window will probably be anywhere from 100-200 dollars.
If you guys could help me raise just $100 that would help a lot
I already have two commissions open:

General.
1. All artwork will be digital and sent to you via deviantArt note or email.
2. After I send you the artwork, it's your responsibility to save the image. Sometimes I clean my computer/sta.sh, so I cannot retrieve the file for you.

3. Customers can request to be removed from the waiting list at any time.
4. Customers who were removed from the waiting list can be added back upon request, however they lose their previous position and are put at the end of the current list.
Payment:
1. Payment must be made in USD via PayPal invoice or in deviantArt points (100 points = $1) only.
2. Payment must be made up front, in full.
3. Discounts may be given to customers at my discretion.
4. Prices for my services may change at any time, and the amount of your invoice is final, no exceptions, especially based on changes to my prices.
5. Invoices that are overdue for longer than a week will be cancelled and the customers they've been sent to will be removed from the waiting list. Exceptions will be made for customers who manage to warn me about the payment delays before the end of the week period; those customers may be placed back on the waiting list at my discretion.
6. You may incur additional fees if:
-The scene and/or characters are complex
-You request changes on the completed artwork
-You give a certain or rushed deadline for the artwork
-You reject a sketch and/or concept 3 times or more
7. Any incorrect, preemptive, or mistaken payments are not guaranteed to be refunded.
Process:
1. The customer must provide clear information on the type of commissions they want.
2. If a proper visual reference can’t be provided, a design fee (30%) may be added to the final price of the commission.
3. Inspirational images (such as photos of models, clothes, or images of characters that are not your own) are not considered to be a proper visual reference.
4. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
5. After you've approved the initial sketch, no fundamental changes will be done to a commission. Make sure to let me know if you want anything to be changed before I start lining or coloring the piece (where these apply). Edits requested to a completed piece may incur additional fees, and there will be no refunds.
6. I make no promises or guarantees regarding my working speed. Once a commission is started, I will finish it. See the section below for information on refunds.
Refunds:
1. Refunds are guaranteed until I begin work on the commission.
2. Full and partial refunds may be available before I have begun the painting process by request, but are not guaranteed.
3. Refunds are not available after I have begun the painting process.
Copyright and credit:
1. I reserve the right to use all commissioned pieces for promotional purposes (e.g. include them in my portfolio or post them on social media websites).
2. I reserve the right not to post your commission, if I decide that its content does not suit my portfolio.
3. A customer may post the commissioned work on their social media pages/websites ONLY IF you give me, the artist, proper credit.
4. A customer can perform minor edits to the finished piece (cropping, hue/saturation and etc), but can’t claim to be the artist behind the artwork and my signature or watermark must remain intact.
5. Commissioned work done by me is intended for personal use only. (Artwork cannot be resold as adoptables, prints, etc.)
-Commercial usage can be discussed, but will be performed under different conditions.
6. I retain copyright for any and all artwork, but not for your original and fan characters.
7. For fan art commissions only, I retain the right to sell prints and other merchandise of the artwork. Original character/fan character commissions will not be sold without strict written permission.
By purchasing my services you agree to the following rules:
Payment:
1. Payment must be made in USD via Paypal invoice or in deviantArt points (100 points = $1) only.
2. Payment must be sent in no longer than 24 hours after the invoice was sent. Otherwise, adoptable goes to the previous bidder, or opens for bidding again.
3. Adoptables purchased on special conditions (autobuy) may be put on hold, but no longer than a week. If payment wasn’t sent by the end of the holding period, adoptable goes to the previous bidder or opens for bidding again.
Content:
1. The buyer receives a high-resolution PNG image of an adoptable with no watermark and no background.
2. Adoptables purchased on special conditions (autobuy) will include additional services stated in the pricing list (PSD files, illustrations, etc.).
Copyright and credit:
1. The buyer can change the adoptable's design as they see fit within their own work.
2. I retain the right to use the images of all sold adoptables for promotional purposes (e.g. for a portfolio).
3. The buyer must credit me as the creator of the original design when the design first appears in their work, but every time after does not require credit (so long as I am still credited as the designer when asked and the buyer does not claim to have created the original design).
4. Adoptables designed by me are intended for personal use only. If you want a design for commercial use, contact me and it will be performed under different conditions.
5. The buyer can only resell the adoptable (my original design) for the same (or lower) price it was purchased with, and may give it away or trade it, BUT
6. I, the artist, must be informed when an adoptable is resold, traded, given away, or otherwise changes hands so that I can keep track of the owners of my work (and prevent art theft).

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to look this over; it will make things much easier for both of us. This is a rough guideline for how to send me a commission request - these are the sorts of things I will need to know about the piece you want drawn. The more details the better, because the more accurately I can draw to your vision. Feel free to copy and paste this template into your request, or to just use it as a source of ideas.
ABSOLUTE NECESSITIES
Type of commission: (Sketch, monochrome, full color; bust, waist up, full body, etc.)
Number of characters:
Character description: (Include name, age, gender, role/profession, personality, and any other important details)
Reference: (Image of the character - it's easier for me if you give more than one, but not necessary. If you don't have an image of your character, feel free to provide inspiration images to describe your character's appearance, clothing, etc. but these will not be counted as actual reference.)
Description: (If you don't have a reference, provide a detailed description of your character, preferably with some inspiration images. I reserve the right to decline commission requests based on lack of adequate description. I'm not going to pry details out of you!)
Pose: (Please try to describe how you want your characters positioned. I ultimately prefer pose references, especially for full body pieces, since I'm not very good at getting an idea of what you want from just a description.)
Background: (Backgrounds cost extra, but if you want one or want to be quoted for one please describe what you'd be looking for)
Emphasis: (If there's anything you'd like to be particularly emphasized, let me know - this can be anything from a specific feature of the character to a specific message or emotion that you want to be conveyed by the piece)
Items: (If you want the character to be holding something, let me know – there may be an additional charge for detailed weapons or objects)
Feel free to include other sections if you want to! The more info the better.
Thank you for taking the time to look this over! Remember, it's not my job to pry for details, so I'll just be using whatever information you give me! The more details you give, the more likely my finished product is to look like what you imagined. Thanks!
